Meat in the Middle is a food truck based in Jupiter, FL that serves up delicious sandwiches and other dishes that come with a tongue-in-cheek twist. Every item on the menu is named after a different aspect of the dating scene, making for a fun and unique dining experience. For example you can satisfy your cravings with "The Charlie", a sourdough sandwich served hot with steak tips, bleu cheese, spicy Bourbon cherry relish, garlic aioli, caramelized onions and greens. Or perhaps you'd prefer "The Andrew", a sandwich topped with bacon, grilled peaches, gouda cheese, greens an aioli on a multigrain bun. Live Music by BJ Parks
BJ Parks is a singer/songwriter, solo acoustic guitar player and vocalist that brings a wide array of music with hundreds of songs in his play list from artists such as Kenny Chesney, Dave Matthews, Matchbox 20, Zac Brown Band and Jimmy Buffett or just as easily oldies from Roger Miller, Johnny Cash to Jim Croce and James Taylor. This young entertainer, who grew up to the rhythms and sounds of the Tropics in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida discovered in High School that he had the gift of a musical ear. This started a musical journey that would soon have him being requested to play and sing popular covers for his friends at school or other local events. BJ has a charming personality and is a very accommodating entertainer who always willing to engage any audience anywhere. So come check him out on the back patio on Friday from 5:00pm - 8:00pm.
